Do not attempt to reset a post yourself: digging within 18 inches of a known utility line without a USA North 811 ticket violates California law, and the Harbor Area has dense gas and electric corridors. Post setting also requires a laser level and a two-person team to hold plumb while concrete cures - a leaning post throws every attached rail out of square.
