I’ve personally reviewed over 4,000 project folders, and I still spot-check photo records from jobs across all seven trades. When I’m not on-site, I’m usually at the Long Beach warehouse sorting material samples from our 51-plus vetted brands, making sure the numbers in our quotes match what we can actually source. I keep a 1948 Craftsman level on my desk that my grandfather used in San Pedro shipyards. It still reads true.
Marcus T., Lead Technician - Kitchen & Bath
Marcus has been running full-gut kitchen and bath remodels for fourteen years, the last six with us in Long Beach. Elena joined us in 2022 after completing the carpentry program at Long Beach City College. She’s logged over 800 hours on window and door installations, working up from helper to rough-in lead on smaller jobs. Elena specializes in measuring existing openings for replacement units, a step where a quarter-inch error turns into a full-day delay. She’s currently pursuing her CSLB journeyman certification and shadows Marcus on kitchen finish work twice a month. Her first language is Spanish, which has helped us communicate directly with homeowners who prefer it. She carries a notebook with hand-drawn diagrams of every tricky installation she’s seen so far.
